Q: Can I link the photos in my album from another web site?
A: Yes! Direct link to photos from other web site is allow for any accounts.

Q: Will my album keep two copies of photo if I set medium size and full size image the same value?
A: No! Just one copy of photo will be stored if the medium and full size photo are the same. This can help users to save disk space.

Q: What file formats are supported?
A: Image file format *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.gif, video file format *.avi, *.mpg, *.mpeg, *.mov, *.mp4, *.3gp, *.ra, *.ram, *.mid, and document file format *.doc, *.ppt, *.xls, *.mdb, *.pdf, *.txt are supported for users to upload and share. Moreover, users can upload .zip files containing photos, videos or documents. However, basic account users are not able to upload video files.

Q: Can I delete a comment I posted in another gallery?
A: No! You cannot delete comments you posted in other users' galleries. Only album owner or administrator can delete comments.

Q: How and what are the procedures for me to pay for an account?
A: You can pay by secure payment gateway Paypal through the Subscribe page. Currently, we just support Paypal for online payment. You have to register as an Paypal member before subscription. This registration is free and secure. For more information, please visit http://www.paypal.com. To do subscription with a Paypal account, you have to login FotoGB first (either trial account or paid account). In the subscription page, the available plans will be listed for you to choose. Click on the payment button for the desired plan you would like to subscribe. Then you will be directed to a Paypal page for making payment. Once the transaction is successfully, your account will be updated immediately and you will be brough back to FotoGB.

Q: When will the new service plan be valid after my subscription?
A: If you are subscribing the new service plan by online payment, it will be updated immediately once the payment transaction is successful. If you do payment by transferring to our local bank account, your account will be upgraded after one business day.

Q: I logged in to my album and want to change the settings of the album. However, there is no response when I choose Album Properties and some other options in the Advanced Settings in my album. What's going on?
A: Some of the album managing functions are in form of popup windows. Your browser may blocked those popup windows and so you can view the function pages. Therefore, in order to view these popup pages, you have to set your browser to allow window popup. Please refer to the user manual of your browser to get more information. The settings for Internet Explorer, FireFox and Opera are as following:

Q: After I logged in my album account, I was redirected to the main page of FotoGB and it seems that I have not yet logged in. Why?
A: Your browser is cookies disabled. Therefore, your browser cannot keep session data of your account information. To solve the problem, you have to set your browser to enable cookies. For Internet Explorer users, please go to [Tools > Internet Options > Privacy] and choose Medium privacy level. Restart your browser and you should able to login FotoGB now. For other Internet browsers, please refer to the user manual. The settings for Internet Explorer, FireFox and Opera are as following:
